پیشایندها و پیامدهای عشق به برند مقصد گردشگری (موردمطالعه: استان گیلان)

چکیده

گردشگری از خلاق‌ترین صنایعی شناخته می‌شود که نه‌تنها به جذب گردشگران منجر می‌شود، به توسعۀ اقتصادی نیز می‌انجامد. هدف از این پژوهش طراحی و تدوین مدلی از پیشایندها و پیامدهای عشق به برند مقصد گردشگری برای استان گیلان است. پژوهش به روش کیفی، مبتنی بر تحلیل محتوا، با به‌کارگیری ابزار مصاحبه و با محوریت استان گیلان به‌عنوان مقصد گردشگری انجام گرفته است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش دربردارندۀ استادان و خبرگان صنعت گردشگری استان گیلان بوده است که بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی دوازده نفرند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با روش تحلیل تم انجام شده است. پس از تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها، هفت عامل تجربۀ برند، کیفیت خدمات برند، زیرساخت‌های برند، ارتباطات رسانه‌ای برند، اصالت برند، تصویر برند و اعتماد به برند عوامل ایجادکنندۀ عشق به برند مقصد شناسایی شدند که عشق به برند مقصد را تقویت خواهند کرد. همچنین، سه عامل وفاداری، تبلیغات دهان‌به‌دهان مثبت و تمایل به پرداخت بیشتر پیامدهای عشق به برند مقصد شناسایی شدند.

Tourism is known as one of the most creative industries, which not only attracts tourists, but also increases economic development. So, the purpose of this study was to design and develop a model of the antecedents and consequences of Destination Brand Love for Guilan province. The present study was a qualitative research based on thematic analysis using interviewing tools. The research is based on Guilan province as a destination for tourism and the statistical population of the study includes 12 professors and experts in the tourism industry of Gilan province. Snowball sampling method and theme analysis technique was used for data analysis. After analyzing the data, 7 factors: brand experience, brand service quality, brand infrastructures, brand media communication, brand authenticity, brand image and brand trust were identified as causal factors of destination brand love. That will be reinforced if the love for the destination brand exists. Also, three factors: loyalty, positive word-of-mouth advertising, and willingness to pay more were identified as consequences of destination brand love.
