تحلیل ساختاری پیشران‌های مؤثر بر گردشگری رویداد و تدوین سناریوها (مورد مطالعه: شهر یزد)

چکیده
گردشگری رویداد تأثیرات بسیاری در مؤلفه‌های مختلف در تمام سطوح ازجمله مناطق شهری دارد. یکی از مباحث مهم در حوزۀ گردشگری رویداد تحلیل عوامل و پیشران‌های مؤثر در گردشگری رویداد و ارائۀ سناریوهای توسعۀ آن است. شهر یزد دارای انواع گوناگونی از رویدادهای گردشگری بوده است و با توجه به تأثیرات آن در توسعۀ شهری و رونق اقتصادی و احیای فرهنگ‌ها، ضرورت توجه به این مسئله احساس می‌شود. هدف نهایی پژوهش تحلیل عوامل و پیشران‌های توسعۀ گردشگری رویداد در شهر یزد و ارائۀ سناریوهای مرتبط است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش کاربردی و دارای رویکرد کمّی ـ کیفی دربردارندۀ گروه کارشناسی شامل مسئولان برگزاری رویدادهای گردشگری، مدیران نهادهای گردشگری شهر، پژوهشگران دانشگاهی و صاحبان کسب‌و‌کارهای گردشگری مرتبط و مردم ساکن شهر است، که سی نفر به روش گلوله‌برفی به‌عنوان نمونۀ آماری انتخاب شدند. تحلیل پیشران‌ها از طریق تحلیل ساختاری در نرم‌افزار میک‌مک انجام شده است. پس از تحلیل پیشران‌ها، سناریوهای مرتبط از طریق سناریونویسی و در نرم‌افزار سناریو ویزارد تدوین شده است. طبق نتایج، عواملی چون ایجاد کارگروه‌های علمی و پژوهشی در حوزۀ مدیریت، توجه به موضوع منافع مادی برگزاری رویدادها، تصویر ذهنی گردشگران از شهر یزد و تمایل به سفر دوبارۀ آن‌ها، استفاده از ظرفیت جهانی شدن شهر یزد و متنوع‌سازی رویدادها به‌عنوان پیشران‌های توسعۀ گردشگری رویداد شهر یزد به شمار می‌رود. متناسب با این عوامل، سناریوی قوی و برتر شهر یزد ارائه شده که بر فعالیت‌های علمی، بانکی، دیپلماسی، فنّاوری هوشمند، رضایت گردشگران، آمایش سرزمین، توجه به کودکان و ارزیابی محبوبیت رویدادها بنا شده است

چکیده English

Event tourism has many effects on urban areas. One of the important topics in event tourism is the analysis of drivers effective in event tourism and providing scenarios for its development. Yazd city has various types of event tourism, including cultural, climatic and historical, and considering its potential effects in the city. final purpose is to analyze the drivers of the event tourism in the city of Yazd and determine related scenarios. This research is practical and qualitative-quantitative method. The statistical population are specialist group, includes those responsible for manage tourism events, managers of Yazd tourism institutions, academic researchers, and related tourism business owners. Finally, 30 people were selected as a statistical sample using the snowball method. The analysis of drivers has been done through structural analysis in Micmac software. After analyzing the drivers’ factors, related scenarios were compiled through scenario writing and in the scenario wizard software. According to the results, factors such as the creation of scientific and research working groups, paying attention to the issue of material benefits of holding events, the mental image of tourists in Yazd city and their desire to travel again, using the globalization capacity of Yazd city, diversifying events are considered as drivers of tourism development, and corresponding scenarios were presented which is based on scientific activities, banking, diplomacy, smart technology, tourist satisfaction, land preparation and strategic document, attention to children and evaluation of popularity of events.
