مرور نظام‌مند پیامدهای مالکیت روان‌شناختی از دیدگاه گردشگران مقصدهای گردشگری شهری

چکیده

مالکیت روان‌شناختی به‌مثابهٔ پیش‌بینی‌کنندهٔ مهم نگرش‌ها و رفتارهای افراد پدیدار شده است و در تحقیقات مصرف‌کننده بسیار به آن توجه شده است. بنابراین، هدف این پژوهش واکاوی پیامدهای مالکیت روان‌شناختی گردشگران در مقصد گردشگری شهری است. روش تحقیق فراترکیب است. جامعهٔ آماری این تحقیق شامل مقالات خارجی معتبر و دردسترس پژوهشگر در پایگاه‌های دادهٔ امرالد، ساینس دایرکت و گوگل اسکالر است که بین آن‌ها تعداد 41 مقاله به‌منزلهٔ نمونه انتخاب شدند که مرتبط به موضوع تحقیق بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و روش جمع‌آوری داده‌های تحقیق مطالعه نظام‌مند است. با استفاده از تحلیل کسپ، روایی پژوهش و نیز، با استفاده از ضریب کاپا، پایایی آن ارزیابی و تأیید شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که پیامدهای مالکیت روان‌شناختی گردشگران در مقصد گردشگری شهری شامل مشارکت، رفتار شهروندی، ارضای نیازهای اساسی روان‌شناختی، رضایت، تبلیغ، وفاداری، قصد خرید، نگرش و توسعهٔ گردشگری است.

چکیده [English]

Psychological ownership has emerged as an important predictor of people's attitudes and behaviors and has received much attention in consumer research. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the consequences of the psychological ownership of tourists towards the urban tourism destination. The research method is Meta Synthesis. The statistical population of this research includes valid and available foreign articles to the researcher in the databases of Emerald, Science Direct and Google Scholar, A total of 41 articles were selected as samples that were related to the research topic. The purposive sampling method has been used and the data collection method is a systematic study. The validity of the research was evaluated using CASP analysis and its reliability was confirmed using the kappa coefficient. The research findings showed that the consequences of tourists' psychological ownership towards urban tourism destination include participation, citizenship behavior, fulfilling the basic psychological needs, satisfaction, promotion, loyalty, purchase intention, attitude and tourism development
