Today, the tourism industry has developed dramatically in the world and many countries have been able to overcome their problems, especially economic problems such as low income, unemployment and lack of employment and improve their situation. In the competitive tourism industry, the key to success is to meet the demand of tourists, provide creative products and services, Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the factors affecting the development of creative tourism and planning. In this regard, the aim of this research is to investigate the most important factors influencing the development of creative tourism in Howramaan region of Kurdistan province. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. To investigate creative tourism in Howramaan, 7 factors and 34 indicators were extracted according to creative tourism literature and previous studies. Analyzes were carried out using structural equations and confirmatory factor analysis in PLS, then Friedman's test was used in SPSS software to prioritize factors Findings from Friedman's test suggest The factor of experience and interaction is the first priority and then the authenticity factors, respectively, Quality of services, supporting the aspects of creative tourism, awareness and information, indigenous heritage, participation The next priorities are planning and solutions for the development of creative tourism in this region.
