طراحی الگوی توسعۀ گردشگری میراث ناملموس در ایران با رویکرد داده‌بنیاد

چکیده

ایران، با بهره‌مندی از پهنۀ وسیع جغرافیایی، غنای تاریخی و تنوع قومی، ظرفیت‌های بسیاری را برای توسعۀ گردشگری میراث ناملموس دارد؛ اما تاکنون نظام مدونی برای جذب این‌گونه گردشگر وجود نداشته است. ازاین‌رو، هدف از این پژوهش طراحی الگویی برای توسعۀ گردشگری میراث ناملموس در ایران با استفاده از رویکرد کیفی داده‌بنیاد است. بدین منظور، مصاحبه‌ای نیمه‌ساختاریافته متشکل از پنج سؤال کلی با نوزده کارشناس در این حوزه شامل استادان دانشگاه، مدیران گردشگری و راهنمایان فرهنگی تورها انجام شد. این کارشناسان با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و با رویکرد گلوله برفی انتخاب شده بودند. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار کیفی مکس‌کیودا و روش کدبندی دستی تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. به‌منظور بررسی روایی صوری و محتوایی، یافته‌ها در اختیار چند نفر از مشارکت‌کنندگان قرار گرفت و نظر آنان اِعمال شد. پایایی نیز با روش توافق درون‌موضوعی بررسی شد که میزان توافق 84 درصد به‌دست آمد. بنابر یافته‌های پژوهش، عوامل علّی شامل عوامل اقتصادی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، تاریخی و دیپلماسی، بسترها و زمینه‌ها شامل خط‌مشی‌گذاری، سازمانی، آموزش و پژوهش و برنامه‌ریزی، موانع شامل نوگرایی (مدرنیسم)، دیوان‌سالاری (بروکراسی)، مدیریت تعارض و دولت، راهکارها شامل بازاریابی، سیستم اطلاعاتی منسجم، مدیریت رویدادها، پشتیبانی و مشارکت، و نتایج و پیامدها شامل پیامدهای اقتصادی، فرهنگی ـ اجتماعی، ادراکی، توسعه‌ای و پایداری بود. نتایج این پژوهش به سیاست‌گذاران توسعۀ گردشگری میراث ناملموس در برنامه‌ریزی و اجرا کمک خواهد کرد.

چکیده [English]

Iran, with its vast geographical area, historical richness and also ethnic diversity, has many potentials for the development of intangible heritage tourism. However, so far there is no codified system to attract such tourists. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to Design a Model for the Development of Intangible Tourism in Iran using the Grounded theory approach. Therefore, a semi-structured interview consisting of five general question and with 19 experts in this field, including: University professors, tourism administrators and cultural tour guides were selected using purposive sampling method with snowball approach, was done. MAXQDA qualitative software and manual coding method were used to analyze the data. In order to evaluate the face and content validity, the findings were presented to several participants and their opinions were applied after studying them. In order to check the reliability, the method of intra-subject agreement was used and the agreement rate was 84%. According to the research findings causal factors include: economic, cultural, social, historical and diplomatic, the basics include: policy making, organizational, educations and research and planning, barriers include: modernism, bureaucracy, conflict management and government, strategies also included: marketing, integrated information system, event management, support and participation, and the results and consequences included: economic, social-cultural, perceptual, developmental and sustainable. The results of this research will help the policy makers of intangible heritage tourism development in planning and implementation.
