شناسایی شایستگی‌های محوری راهنمایان تور بین‌المللی

چکیده

راهنمایان تورهای گردشگری نقش موثری در هدایت و تامین نیازمندی های مادی و معنوی و غنای روحی گردشگران دارند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و ارائه شایستگی‌های محوری راهنمایان تور بین‌المللی است. روش این مطالعه با توجه به اهداف، توصیفی–کیفی است که مبتنی بر مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و روش دلفی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را خبرگان دانشگاه و راهنمایان تور بین المللی تشکیل می‌دهند. نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند بوده و برای شناسایی راهنمایان از شیوه گلوله برفی استفاده شد و داده های جمع آوری شده با مشارکت 28 نفر از خبرگان به اشباع رسید. بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش، شایستگی‌های محوری راهنمایان تور، شامل عوامل مدیریت و رهبری، اخلاق حرفه‌ای، سلامتی جسمی و آراستگی ظاهری، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی، تسلط بر قوانین ملی و بین‌المللی، دانش فنی، آشنایی با فرهنگ‌های ملی و بین‌المللی، ارتباطات مؤثر، مهارت‌های روان‌شناسی و مهارت‌های پزشکی به دست آمد. لذا پیشنهاد می‌شود سیاستگذاران گردشگری برنامه ریزی های راهبردی برای توسعه شایستگی های محوری راهنمایان تور بین المللی از طریق برگزاری سمینارها، کارگاه‌ها و دوره‌های آموزشی را انجام دهند.

چکیده [English]

Tour guides have an effective role in guiding and meeting the material and spiritual needs and spiritual richness of tourists. The purpose of this study is to identify and present the core competencies of international tour guides. According to the objectives, this study is a descriptive-qualitative one based on library studies and the Delphi method. The statistical population of the study consists of university experts and international tour guides. Purposive sampling was used and snowball method was used to identify the guides and the data were saturated with the participation of 28 experts. Based on the research findings, core competencies of tour guides include management and leadership, professional ethics, physical health and appearance, Personality traits, mastery in national and international laws, technical knowledge, intercultural competences, effective communicative skills, psychological skills, and medical skills were obtained. Therefore, it is recommended that tourism policymakers make strategic plans to develop core competencies of international tour leaders through seminars, workshops and courses.
