The purpose of this research is to identify the effective platforms and indicators for the development of sustainable tourism. Because tourism today needs security beyond superficial and stereotypical security, which includes new historical and cultural security-building events. Among the areas that have diverse cultural and historical security-building capacities in the field of tourism is the "Uramanat region" in Kermanshah province. In this regard, the present article, using a descriptive-analytical method and a survey method and interview tools (semi-structured and purposeful), whose statistical population was 20 specialists and experts in the field of tourism and security, seeks to answer the question: what are the cultural security-building platforms in the development of sustainable tourism in Uramanat and what role do they play in this field? The research findings indicate that culture and history, traditional rituals and festivals, music and folklore, indigenous architecture, handicrafts, language and dialect, indigenous games, and in general, the customs and traditions of the region with their effective outputs as security-building cultural platforms play an influential role in the desirability of the image and perception of Kurdish-populated areas and partly lead to de-security and, as a result, cultural diversity and diversity are the foundation for sustainable tourism development in Oramanet. Therefore, in line with a practical proposal, it is essential to identify and strengthen cultural platforms for sustainable tourism development with proper planning and policymaking.
