Nowadays, many tourists use information published on social networking sites or image and video sharing portals such as Flickr, Facebook, and YouTube to investigate tourism destinations and choose their route and destination. Therefore, this research was conducted to investigate the role of social networks in improving the provision of tourism services in Sistan and Baluchestan province. The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection, and is of survey type. The statistical population of this research is all people who have social networks in Sistan and Baluchestan province. Given that their number is unlimited, the sample size was determined to be 384 people. Library and field studies were used to collect data. In the field method, a 5-option questionnaire was used, the content validity of which was confirmed by professors and experts, and its reliability was calculated and confirmed with Cronbach's alpha of 0.85. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. At the descriptive statistics level, frequency and percentage tests were taken, and at the inferential statistics level, structural equation tests were used. SPSS20 and SMART PLS software were used to perform the above operations. The research findings showed that social networks have an impact on the services provided to tourists in Sistan and Baluchestan province through the components of service assurance, empathy, reliability, responsiveness, and visible services.
