This study investigates the impact of entrepreneurial attitude (including desirability, feasibility, and pragmatism) on the organizational performance of hotels in Yazd. The findings contribute to recognizing the value of entrepreneurship in the hotel industry and address the gap in understanding the relationship between entrepreneurial attitude and organizational performance. This applied research employs a descriptive-correlational approach for data collection. The statistical population comprises all managers and senior supervisors in various hotel departments in Yazd. The sample includes 150 managers and senior supervisors (84 men, 66 women), selected using convenience sampling. Participants completed surveys on entrepreneurial attitude and organizational performance. Data were analyzed using one-sample t-tests, correlation coefficients, and structural equation modeling. The results indicate a positive and significant relationship between entrepreneurial attitude and organizational performance, with average scores in both areas rated as desirable. Entrepreneurial attitude significantly affects organizational performance, with a regression coefficient of 1.14. Based on the results, organizational performance can be enhanced through strategic planning, including training programs and support for entrepreneurial attitudes. Additionally, the study shows that entrepreneurial attitude directly and significantly impacts service quality, suggesting that fostering entrepreneurial attitudes among hotel managers motivates them to improve organizational performance.
