چارچوب ارتباطات بحران در گردشگری از دیدگاه رسانۀ همشهری آنلاین: دوران کوید 19 در ایران

چکیده
پوشش خبری و ارتباطات بحران نقش بسزایی در صنعت گردشگری دارد. بحران نیاز افراد را به جست‌وجوی اطلاعات دربارۀ وضعیت اضطراری و اطلاعات فوری و قابل اعتماد افزایش می‌دهد. همه‌گیری کوید 19 مشاغل مرتبط با گردشگری را به‌شدت تحت تأثیر قرار داد و در پوشش خبری کشور ایران و جهان نمود یافت. ازاین‌رو، این پژوهش به‌منظور بررسی چارچوب کلی ارتباطات بحران در رسانه در حوزۀ گردشگری و در دورۀ شیوع کرونا (حین بحران) انجام شده و از بین رسانه‌های منتخب، رسانۀ همشهری آنلاین انتخاب شده است. به این منظور، 4هزار عنوان و محتوای خبر با عناوین کلیدی «گردشگری» و «کرونا» که از تاریخ 01/12/1398 تا 31/02/1401 منتشر شده بود به‌عنوان داده‌های پژوهش از وبگاه همشهری آنلاین استخراج شد. از این تعداد خبر، 3474 خبر برای تحلیل محتوای کیفی بررسی شد. محتوای اخبار مستخرج، با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس‌کیودا (MAXQDA) و نیز با روش دستی کدگذاری تماتیک شد و به این ترتیب، پنج مقولۀ اصلی از متن اخبار استخراج شد: برنامه‌ریزی و سیاست‌گذاری‌های دولت، کسب‌وکارهای گردشگری، اطلاع‌رسانی، دیدگاه غالب حوزۀ سفر، افق گردشگری پس از بحران. در این میان، فعالیت‌ها و اقدامات دولت درخصوص سیاست‌گذاری در دورۀ کرونا بیش از سایر موارد انعکاس یافته است و در مقابل، دیدگاه‌های غالب دربارۀ کرونا، که شامل دیدگاه‌های مردم نیز می‌شود، با اختلاف، کمترین انعکاس را داشته است. نتایج این پژوهش به سیاست‌گذاران در بحران‌های بعدی کمک شایانی خواهد کرد.

News coverage and crisis communications play a significant role in the tourism industry. A crisis increases the need for people to seek information about the emergency and for immediate and reliable information. Corona disease affected tourism-related businesses and was shown in the news coverage of Iran and the world. This research aims to investigate the total framework of crisis communication in the media in the field of tourism and during the outbreak of Corona (during the crisis). Among the selected media, Hamshahri online media was selected. The number of 4000 titles and news content with the key titles of "Tourism" and "Corona" that were published from 01/12/2018 to 31/02/2014 were extracted as research data from Hamshahri Online website. Out of this number of news, 3474 news were analyzed for qualitative content analysis. The extracted news content was thematically coded using MAXQDA software and manually, and in this way, 5 main categories were extracted from the news text: government planning and policies, tourism businesses, information, dominant view. The field of travel, the horizon of tourism after the crisis.
