One of the crises that affected the tourism industry and related industries in 2020 and caused serious damage to it is the crisis caused by the outbreak of the Covid-19 ,which in addition to causing a great economic blow to the tourism industry and causing closure And the adjustment of human resources has also caused social and cultural damages. The current research, focusing on museums as one of the key elements of the tourism sector, seeks to identify suitable strategies for the recovery and prosperity of museums in the post-Covid-19 era from the point of view of experts, museum managers and human resources specializing in museums. The data collection tool in this research is a semi-structured interview, and the research method is qualitative (theme analysis) and quantitative (confirmatory factor analysis) in Lisrel software. The results show that macro-level policymaking, service development and diversification, influence in the tourism and museum market, and cooperation and information exchange are suitable strategies for the prosperity and recovery of museums after the Covid-19 crisis. The proposed model was verified in factor analysis and the appropriate solutions were identified.
