چکیده
ازآنجاکه منطقۀ سمیرم جزو مناطق محروم استان اصفهان است و با توجه به ظرفیت فراوان اکوتوریسم در این منطقه، توسعۀ پایدار، حفظ منابع طبیعی، افزایش درآمد محلی، حفظ فرهنگ و هویت محلی، اشتغال‌زایی و توسعۀ اجتماعی ضروری است. هدف از انجام این پژوهش ارائۀ الگوی توانمندسازی جامعۀ محلی در توسعۀ اکوتوریسم منطقۀ سمیرم اصفهان در سال 1402 براساس نظریۀ داده‌بنیاد است. روش پژوهش، با توجه به هدف آن، کاربردی و از حیث شیوۀ اجرا کیفی، از نوع داده‌بنیاد و رهیافت سیستماتیک (نظریۀ اشتراوس و کوربین)، و از نظر ماهیت از نوع پژوهش‌های اکتشافی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل 37 خبرۀ حوزۀ گردشگری، مسئولان و مردم محلی است و نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت هدفمند و گلوله‌برفی انجام شده و مصاحبۀ عمیق و نیمه‌ساختاریافته تا دستیابی به اشباع نظری ادامه داشته است. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از رهیافت سیستماتیک و دسته‌بندی پنج‌گانۀ کدها استفاده شده است. در نتیجۀ این پژوهش، هشت خرده‌مقوله در شرایط زمینه‌ای، دو خرده‌مقوله در شرایط علّی، یک خرده‌مقوله در شرایط مداخله‌گر، شش خرده‌مقوله در کنش یا راهبردها و پنج خرده‌مقوله در پیامدها به دست آمده است. توانمندسازی جامعۀ محلی در توسعۀ اکوتوریسم به بهبود کیفیت زندگی و حفظ محیط‌زیست کمک می‌کند. در این راستا، باید در زیرساخت‌های لازم مانند جاده‌ها، اقامتگاه‌ها و امکانات بهداشتی که به جذب گردشگران کمک می‌کند سرمایه‌گذاری شود. همچنین، باید با فراهم کردن فرصت‌های شغلی در زمینه‌های مرتبط با اکوتوریسم، مانند راهنمایی گردشگران، خدمات اقامتی و رستوران‌ها بستر گردشگری فراهم شود و برنامه‌هایی طراحی شود که به حفظ فرهنگ محلی و محیط‌زیست کمک ‌کند و از آسیب به منابع طبیعی جلوگیری ‌کند.

Presenting a model for empowering the local community in the development of ecotourism in the Semiram region of Isfahan, based on the grounded theory

چکیده English

Since Semiram region is one of the deprived regions of Isfahan province, and considering the high potential of ecotourism in this region, there is a need for sustainable development, preservation of natural resources, increase of local income, preservation of local culture and identity, job creation and social development. This study uses the grounded theory to present a model for empowering the local community to develop ecotourism in the Semirom region of Isfahan. The research approach is applied and qualitative, characterized by a data-driven, systematic, and exploratory nature. Purposeful sampling and snowball sampling were employed. The population of the study includes 37 experts in the field of tourism, government representatives, and members of local community.  In-depth and semi-structured interviews were conducted until theoretical saturation was achieved. The data analysis was analyzed using a systematic approach (Strauss and Corbin theory) and five-fold coding categorization. As a result of this research, 8 sub-categories were obtained in contextual conditions, 2 sub-categories in causal conditions, 1 sub-category in intervention conditions, 6 sub-categories in actions or strategies, and 5 sub-categories in consequences. Empowering the local community in the development of ecotourism can help improve the quality of life and preserve the environment. In this regard, investing in necessary infrastructure such as roads, accommodations and health facilities that help attract tourists. By providing job opportunities in the fields related to ecotourism, such as tourist guidance, accommodation services and restaurants, tourism platform will be provided and tourism programs will be designed to help preserve local culture and environment and prevent damage to natural resources.
