تبیین روند توسعهٔ اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی در ایران با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا

چکیده

بیان مسئله: زیرساخت‌های اقامتی گردشگری به‌منزلهٔ یکی از اصلی‌ترین بخش‌های این صنعت موجب رونق آن می‌شوند. لذا، توسعهٔ اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی در ایران در پاسخ به افزایش تقاضا در حوزهٔ اکوتوریسم و طبیعت‌گردی قابل‌تأمل است و بررسی روند توسعه امری است که، ضمن نمایش ضعف‌ها و قوت‌ها به مدیران، برنامه‌ریزان و فعالان بوم‌گردی، برای ترسیم مسیری با حداقل آسیب به جامعهٔ محلی ضروری می‌نماید. با وجود این، تاکنون، هیچ پژوهشی به بررسی روند توسعهٔ اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی در ایران و طی سالیان اخیر نپرداخته است.
هدف: پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تبیین روند توسعهٔ اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی در ایران، به کشف حقایق در زمینهٔ تحقیق و توضیح روند توسعهٔ محقق‌شده در سالیان اخیر و بحث و بررسی آن می‌پردازد.
روش تحقیق: این پژوهش با روش کیفی موردکاوی و تحلیل محتوا، رویکرد تفسیری و استراتژی استقرایی و به‌وسیلهٔ ابزار مصاحبهٔ نیمه‌ساختاریافته فردی و بحث گروهی انجام شده است و داده‌های تحقیق طی دو مرحلهٔ کدگذاری مقوله‌های مستخرج از متن مصاحبه‌ها و طبقه‌بندی مفاهیم براساس مقولات کشف‌شده به هستهٔ اصلی و معنا رسیده و یافته‌ها تحلیل و تفسیر شده‌اند.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که توسعهٔ اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی از جامعهٔ محلی و در پاسخ به تقاضای بازار گردشگری نشئت گرفته است. لذا، شروع توسعه کاملاً خودجوش و توأمان با مشکلات عدیده‌ای بوده است و به‌تدریج دستگاه‌های دولتی، مدیریتی و قانون‌گذار با جامعهٔ محلی و صاحبان اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی همراه شدند. ازاین‌رو، روند توسعهٔ اقامتگاه‌های بوم‌گردی در ایران خرد به کلان بوده است.

چکیده [English]

Problem Statement: Accommodation infrastructure is one of the main sections of tourism industry which leads to many advances. Therefore, the development of eco-lodges in Iran is noticeable and conducting researches for seeking the procedure of development provides appropriate illustration of weaknesses and strengths to managers, planners and eco-lodge related enthusiasts and this is necessary in order to choose suitable approaches with minimum disorder to local community. However, yet there is no study mentioning the importance of investigation on procedure of eco-lodges’ development.
Research Objective: this research aims at determination of eco-lodges’ development procedure in Iran and seeks to find out factual data from research ground.
Methodology: This research is based on a qualitative case study following interpretive approach and inductive strategy using semi-structured individual interviewing tools and group discussions. The findings have been analyzed and interpreted through two levels of coding and lead to the main research concept.
Findings: According to research results, the start point of eco-lodges’ development is local community and the owners of eco-lodges due to increasing demand of tourism market and eco-tourists. Gradually, governing bodies and legislators accompanied local community and eco-lodges’ owners in action. Therefore, the eco-lodges’ development procedure in Iran is inductive starting from micro to macro section in tourism.
