اثر مسئولیت اجتماعی بر پشتیبانی از گردشگری پایدار در شهر سرعین

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر تبیین نقش مسئولیت اجتماعی در پشتیبانی از گردشگری پایدار با نقش میانجی منافع و هزینه‌های گردشگری از دیدگاه جامعه میزبان در شهر سرعین است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش پژوهش، پیمایشی مبتنی بر پرسشنامه است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را ساکنان شهر سرعین تشکیل می‏دهند که تعداد 384 نفر آنان به عنوان نمونه (به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس) انتخاب شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها و آزمون فرضیه‏ها با روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی و مدل‏سازی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از روش حداقل مربعات معمولی (OLS) به کمک نرم‌افزارهای SPSS و LISREL انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از وجود تاثیر مثبت و معنادار مسئولیت اجتماعی بر منافع ادراک‌شده و پشتیبانی از گردشگری پایدار و نیز منافع ادراک‌شده بر پشتیبانی از گردشگری پایدار است. همچنین مسئولیت اجتماعی بر هزینه‌های ادراک‌شده تاثیر معنادار و منفی دارد. در نهایت، منافع ادراک شده، نقش میانجی در تاثیر مسئولیت اجتماعی بر پشتیبانی از گردشگری پایدار دارد؛ اما نقش میانجی هزینه های اداراک شده بر تاثیر مسئولیت اجتماعی بر پشتیبانی از گردشگری پایدار مورد تایید قرار نگرفت.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the present study is to explain the role of social responsibility in supporting sustainable tourism by mediating the benefits and costs of tourism from the perspective of the host community in Sarein. The purpose of this research is applied and the research method is questionnaire based survey. The statistical population of this study is inhabitants of Sarein city, 384 of them were selected as sample (available sampling method). Data analysis and hypothesis testing were performed by confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling using ordinary least squares (OLS) with SPSS and LISREL software. The results indicate that social responsibility has a significant and positive impact on perceived benefits and support for sustainable tourism, as well as perceived benefits on sustainable tourism support. Social responsibility also has a significant and negative effect on perceived costs. Finally, perceived benefits play a mediating role in the impact of social responsibility on sustainable tourism support;
