Abstract
Crises are unfortunate and unpredictable phenomena that can affect societies and cause great harm to them. In the meantime, resilience is of great importance as the ability to deal with crisis and return to normal conditions after it. Tourism destination communities, as one of the main beneficiaries of the tourism industry, play a vital role in crisis management and resilience. This research deals with the identification of effective factors on crisis management and resilience in the tourism destination community. The research method is descriptive-survey and practical in terms of its purpose. Data collection was done in the form of documentary studies and interviews with university experts and tourism industry experts. In this research, using partial least squares structural equation modeling technique and Smart software PLS, the data were analyzed and the research model was designed. The findings of the research showed that all the direct relationships in the model, except the environmental factors, are significant and accepted in the hypothesis test. If the political factors indirectly through the mediating variable (health-therapeutic factors) on the crisis management variable and Resilience has an effect and the hypothesis test is accepted. Most of the path coefficients are related to economic factors, and environmental and political factors have less effect on the main variable of the model
