Abstract
The present study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effective factors on avoiding bankruptcy based on tourism policies in the active businesses of the country's tourism industry. In terms of the purpose of this study, it is an applied-developmental research, and based on the method of data collection, it is also a cross-sectional survey. Documentary (library) and field (interview and questionnaire) methods have been used in order to collect the information needed for the research, and the method of data collection in terms of time horizon as a cross-sectional survey started in July 1402 and ended in a one-year period. In order to achieve the goal of the research, an exploratory mixed research design was used. The community of participants of the qualitative section includes professors of tourism management and public administration and managers and vice-presidents of the Ministry of Culture, Handicrafts and Tourism. A targeted method was used for sampling and theoretical saturation was achieved after 12 interviews. The statistical population of the quantitative sector includes experts and managers of the Ministry of Culture, Handicrafts and Tourism. The sample size was estimated to be 140 people using Cohen's power analysis rule (1992) and G*Power software, and sampling was done by simple random method. For data analysis, thematic analysis method was used in the qualitative phase with Maxqda software and partial least squares method was used in the quantitative phase with Smart PLS software.
