The Impact of Intellectual Capital on Psychological Empowerment of Employees in Hotel Industry (Case Study: Isfahan Abbasi Hotel)

Abstract
Present research aimed to effect of intellectual capital on psychological empowerment of employees in hotel industry in Isfahan Abbasi hotel has been done. The statistical population of this research included all employees of Abbasi hotel Isfahan, from whom 174 individuals were selected using Simple random sampling. The data required for this research has gathered by questionnaire with Simple random sampling method from employees of Abbasi hotel Isfahan. The present research is descriptive and survey based on the applied purpose and based on the data collection method. Also, the method of structural equations using Smart pls software has been used to analyze the data. The results indicate that intellectual capital and each of its dimensions (human capital, structural capital and relational capital) have a positive and significant effect on psychological empowerment of employees. It was also shown that relational capital has the largest value of path coefficient and its effect is greater than other variables on psychological empowerment of employees.
