Factors Affecting The Satisfaction Of Foreign Tourists From Traveling To Iran

Abstract
this article aims to identify the factors affecting the satisfaction of foreign tourists from traveling to Iran. Tourist satisfaction is the main prerequisite of a tourist destination for success. In order to achieve the mentioned goal in this research, the secondary analysis of the data of the national tourism survey of 2019has been done. 384 foreign tourists have participated in this project. The findings of this research showed that travel satisfaction with variables of education, origin of travel, motivation for new experience, originality of attractions, satisfaction with accommodation and its components, satisfaction with food and restaurant and its components, satisfaction with shopping and handicrafts and components It has a positive and meaningful correlation with people's satisfaction, travel guide's satisfaction and finally the image of the destination. Also, the multiple linear regression showed that the variables of politeness and respect of Iranian people, satisfaction with shopping and handicrafts, satisfaction with residence and feeling of security in Iran had the most explanation of travel satisfaction.
