Experience-centric accommodations provide suitable context of novel experiences for tourists that is not achievable in other places. The aim of the Experience-centric services is converting settelment to memorable moments for tourists via involving their five senses. As a consequence, memories with new contents would shape in tourists' mind and they tend to renewal their experiences. In this regard, historic houses because of their unique structure have high capacity to establish experience-centric accommodations. So, Ali-goli-agha historic neighborhood as result of its cultural heritages and historic structure is a very valuable place in order to constructing the experience-centric accommodations. However, historic house in this neighborhood primarily cannot be used for such purpose and need revitalization. The main goal of this research is discovering the manner of establishing experience centric accommodations via revitalizing the historic houses. The method of the following research is qualitative and the technics of collecting data is observation and semi-structured interview. The interviews have been analyzed by thematic analysis. During the research process the historic houses of Ali-goli-agha Neighborhood have been identified in order to establishing experience-centric accommodations and some items such as adjacency of historic houses, accessibility, architectural values of building and adaptability with neighborhood residential blocks all were considered as indicators of suitable ranges to build accommodations. Furthermore, tangible and intangible heritages of neighborhood can be utilized in revitalizing process.
