شبکه مضامین مرتبط با ویژگی‌های سازمانی موثر بر شکل‌گیری اتحادهای استراتژیک گردشگری پزشکی

چکیده

شکل‌گیری اتحادهای استراتژیک در صنایع خدماتی همچون گردشگری از یک سو بنا به شتاب‌گرفتن رقابت در دنیای تجارت و از سوی دیگر، بنا به ویژگی‌های خاص چنین صنایعی، در حال گسترش است. در این میان، در برخی از شاخه‌های گردشگری نظیر گردشگری پزشکی -که خود از دو صنعت مجزای گردشگری و پزشکی تشکیل شده و همکاری میان این دو الزامی می‌باشد – ضرورت شکل‌گیری چنین اتحادهایی دو چندان می‌باشد. این در حالی است که به نظر می‌رسد مطالعات چندانی در خصوص ایجاد اتحادهای استراتژیک در این صنعت صورت نگرفته است. یکی از موضوعات مهمی که در این زمینه مغفول مانده، تاثیر ویژگی‌های سازمانی بر شکل‌گیری اتحادهای استراتژیک می‌باشد. از این‌رو، هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی شبکه مضامین مرتبط با ویژگی‌های سازمانی موثر بر شکل‌گیری اتحادهای استراتژیک گردشگری پزشکی در کشور بود. در این راستا، 17 نفر از خبرگان صنعت با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری گلوله-برفی شناسایی، داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری و با استفاده از نرم افزارMaxqda10 براساس منطق روش تحلیل مضمون، مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفت. تحلیل نتایج مصاحبه‌ها، نشان داد که ویژگی‌های سازمانی اثرگذار را می‌توان در سه مضمون سازمان‌دهنده‌ی دیدگاه استراتژیک سازمان، مدیریت سازمان و ویژگی ساختاری سازمان، دسته‌بندی کرد.

چکیده [English]

Strategic alliance formation in the service industries like tourism, in on hand, based on accelerating competitiveness in commerce world and on other hand, due to the special industrial features, are expanding. Meanwhile, the formation of such alliances in some tourism branches like medical tourism is more important because of two fields are engaged here; Tourism and medical. However, there seems to be little research about strategic alliances formation in this industry. Here, one of the important ignored issue is organizational features impact on medical tourism strategic alliance formation. Hence, the purpose of this study was to identify a network of themes related to organizational characteristics affecting the medical tourism strategic alliances formation at Iran. To this end, 17 medical tourism experts have been recognized by snowball sampling. Data have been gathered through semi-structured interviews and analyzed with Maxqda10 software based on theme analysis. Interview’s results analysis shows influential organizational features can be recognize in the three organizing themes including organization strategic view, organization management, and organization structure features
