Tourism and its related economy are currently in a state of change and are one of the main pillars of the world's commercial economy and play a vital role in the global economy. Tourism as one of the tourism dimensions embraces any travel for the treatment of the disease and contributes to the sustainable development and dynamism of the country's economy. This research was conducted to investigate and prioritize the factors affecting the adoption of the Internet in the development of therapeutic tourism. The present research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive-survey method. The statistical population of this study is foreign tourists who come to Mashhad medical tourism companies for therapeutic purposes. Using judgments sampling (available), 271 tourists (patients) Selected as samples. To collect data in this study, the standard questionnaire of Chen et al. (2004) in Persian and Arabic languages with 91% reliability was used to test the hypotheses and prioritize the effective factors on it using structural equations and AMOS and SPSS18 software. The results of this study indicate that consistency factors, perceived usefulness, perceived service quality, perceived trust, perceived ease with the adoption of the Internet are influential, leading to the development of therapeutic tourism.
