ارزیابی عملکرد یکپارچه زنجیره تأمین هتل‌ها به منظور کسب مزیت رقابتی مورد مطالعه هتل‌های شهر اصفهان

چکیده

ویژگی‌های خاص صنعت گردشگری باعث شده که مقصدها به منظور بهبود خدمت رسانی به گردشگران مباحث زنجیره تأمین را مدنظر قرار دهند تا بتوانند مزیت رقابتی خود را حفظ کرده یا جایگاه خود را در بازار جهانی ارتقا بخشند و یکپارچگی زنجیره تأمین هتل‌ها فرصت‌هایی را به منظور کاهش هزینه‌ها و بدست آوردن مزیت رقابتی برای ایشان فراهم می‌نماید. با توجه به این مهم در این پژوهش به ارزیابی عملکرد یکپارچه زنجیره تأمین هتل‌های شهر اصفهان پرداخته شده است. بدین منظور در ابتدا پس از مطالعه ادبیات مرتبط با پژوهش، پنج عامل مؤثر بر یکپارچگی زنجیره تأمین هتل‌ها استخراج شد. سپس با توجه به این عوامل پرسشنامه طراحی گردید. در گام بعد به منظور بررسی یکپارچگی در میان هتل‌ها از تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها استفاده گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که همه عوامل مورد بررسی بر یکپارچگی زنجیره ‌تأمین هتل‌های شهر اصفهان تأثیرگذار بوده‌اند. اما وضعیت عوامل مورد بررسی نشان داد که در شهر اصفهان سه عامل یکپارچگی داخلی، یکپارچگی محصول و یکپارچگی مشتریان دارای عملکرد مثبتی هستند و به خوبی توانسته‌اند عملکرد مثبتی را از خود به جای بگذارند اما از سوی دیگر عوامل سطوح همکاری و یکپارچگی تأمین‌کنندگان به هیچ وجه نتوانسته‌اند عملکرد مثبتی در یکپارچگی زنجیره ‌تأمین هتل‌های شهر اصفهان داشته باشند.

The specific features of tourism industry have led destinations to consider the supply chain discussions for improving the tourists’ services so that they can preserve their competitive advantage, promote their position and apply better programming by evaluating the integration on tourism supply chain as a key tool since evaluating different tourism elements results in optimal allocation of sources to tourism development plans.  This study evaluates integration from the hotel supply in Isfahan by applying Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The findings revealed that the hotels supply chain in Isfahan is not integrated, and, internal integration, product integration, customer integration have positive performance on hotels of Isfahan.
