ارائه الگوی مفهومی رقابت پذیری مقصدگردشگری در چارچوب توسعه پایدار

چکیده

امروزه موفقیت مقصدها به میزان زیادی به توان رقابتی آنها در محیط رقابتی گردشگری بستگی دارد. از سوی دیگر، توسعه گردشگری در بسیاری از مقصدها با مسائل زیست محیطی و فرهنگی همراه بوده است؛ بنابراین، در نظر داشتن اصول پایداری در اثنای ارزیابی و تحلیل رقابت-پذیری می-تواند اقدامی مفید در راستای کاهش اثرات منفی توسعه گردشگری در مقصدها باشد. بدیهی است که پایداری، از پیش-نیازهای اساسی در نیل به خودکفایی اقتصادی و رونق و شکوفایی اقتصاد شهرها و در سطحی کلان، اقتصاد ملی است. مقاله حاضر درصدد است تا چارچوبی مفهومی برای ارزیابی رقابت -پذیری مقصد با محوریت پایداری ارائه دهد. با این هدف که این چارچوب بتواند راهنمایی برای مقصدهای گردشگری کشورمان در دستیابی به توسعه و رقابت -پذیری پایدار گردشگری، و به دنبال آن شکوفایی اقتصاد ملی باشد. به منظور شناسایی مهمترین عوامل و مولفه -ها در دستیابی به رقابت -پذیری پایدار مقصد، ادبیات مربوط به رقابت -پذیری گردشگری و ادبیات مرتبط با موضوع پایداری و توسعه پایدار، هردو مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار گرفت. در نهایت، چارچوبی مفهومی شامل پنج بعد ارائه شد. این چارچوب، تا حدی بر مبنای ابعاد رقابت-پذیری مقصد که توسط پژوهشگران پیشین پیشنهاد شده است، و نیز بر مبنای اصول توسعه پایدار، بنا شده است. به این ابعاد و همپوشانی آنها به طور مفصل در این نوشتار پرداخته شده است. با در دست داشتن چنین چارچوبی، مدیران قادر به ارزیابی رقابت -پذیری واقعی مقصدها خواهند بود.
