گردشگری راهبرانه-مسئولانه: رویکردی برای مقابله با بحران کوید 19

چکیده

صنعت گردشگری امروزه به‌سبب همه‌گیری بیماری کوید 19 با شرایط خاصی مواجه است. برای عبور از این بحران، نمی‌توان فقط به اقدامات دولت اتکا کرد. ایدۀ اصلی این تحقیق، بهره‌گیری از مفاهیم و آموزه‌های گردشگری مسئولانه و پیشنهاد رویکردی تحت عنوان گردشگری راهبرانه ـ مسئولانه برای مقابله با تبعات کروناست. در این رویکرد، نقش دولت، به‌‌‌منزلۀ راهبر، با نقش بدنۀ گردشگری، درحکم مسئول، ترکیب شده، بیان می‌شود که چگونه رفتار مسئولانه در اقدام در سطح فردی و سازمانی، به مفهوم راهبری در سطح کلان کمک می‌کند. تحقیق حاضر، تحقیقی کیفی از نوع اکتشافی به‌شمار می‌رود. برای تدوین راهکارها، از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی و برای نهایی‌سازی آن‌ها از غربالگری استفاده شده است و درنهایت راهکارها با توجه به دو بُعد قابلیت پیاده‌سازی و کمک به دستیابی اهداف، اولویت‌بندی شده‌اند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که همة عناصر درگیر، اعم از دولت، بخش صنعت، گروه‌های اجتماعی، حتی مردم و گردشگران، در عبور سریع‌تر از این بحران نقش بسزایی دارند و باید سهم خود را ادا کنند.

چکیده [English]

Nowadays, the tourism industry is facing special conditions due to the Pandemic of COVID-19 disease. To overcome this crisis, cannot rely on the actions of the government alone. The main idea of this research is to use the concepts of responsible tourism and to propose an approach called directional-responsible tourism to deal with the consequences of COVID -19. In this approach, the role of the government as a leader is combined with the role of the tourism body as a responsible and it is stated how responsible behavior in action at the individual and organizational level contributes to the concept of leadership at the macro level. The present study is a qualitative exploratory research. Qualitative content analysis method was used to formulate the solutions and screening was used to finalize them. Finally, the solutions were prioritized according to the two dimensions of implementation capability and helping to achieve the goals. The results show that all stakeholders, including government, industry, social groups, and even people and tourists, have a key role to play in overcoming this crisis faster and must play their part
