The success of any organization needs to improve and measure it is performance.Development of hotel industry directly affects the growth and development of the tourism industry. Hotels are very important pillar of the tourism industry that provides extensive service to the tourists. So, the purpose of this paper is to evaluate the efficiency of the hospitality industry in Iran, and Analysis the performance of the hotel sector in the tourism industry in Yazd province by Gray Relation Analysis. We have used Data Envelopment Analysis method for evaluating Performance of Yazd Hotels in IRAN. This paper is an applied research. In this paper CCR and BBC models and Gray analysis methods have been used for analyzing and ranking of hotels. The results show that 18.5% of hotels (according to CCR model) and 29/6% of hotels (according to BCC model) are efficient. We suggest all managers pay attention to the finding of this paper for increasing efficiency and improving the performance of their hotels.

Tourism industry has been classified to different types according to the target of tourists which geo-tourism is one of these targets. Sahand Mountain hillsides have unique mountainous texture for construction and development of geomorphocites such winter ski resorts as a symbol of winter tourism due to specific typographic and climatic features. The aim of this research is to analyze the effective factors in construction and development of winter ski resorts geomorphocites in the studied area. In this research of ten indictors of height, slope, slope orientation, hillside shape, annual temperature, annual precipitation, vegetation, protection, availability and stability of snow have been used.andnbsp; The maps were constructed in software Arc GIS and they were weighted by AHP and then enveloped in software Arc GIS using TOPSIS model and final map of the zones vulnerable for construction and development of winter ski resorts geomorphocites were prepared. The results show that northeast hillsides and parts of east hillsides with total area of 25778 m2 have very appropriate zones for construction and development of winter ski resorts geomorphocites

Nomads could have a lot of attractions for domestic and foreign tourists and help tourism industry; but these days changes in nomadic life, lack of economic opportunity, cultural and environmental problems, loss of social links in one hand, and in the other hand growth and development of the country, make the condition more difficult for nomads and discourage them to continue this model of life. This present research conducted to investigate the potentials of cultural tourism entrepreneurship of Qashqai nomad’s society of Iran. The research has been done through qualitative approach via interview and observation. The participants of the study were nomad’s tourism entrepreneurs and nomadic elites. In observation phase two tribes of Qashqai nomads were observed directly. The findings show that all of the elements of nomadic life are potentials for tourism entrepreneurship. Base on the interviews, nomadic tourism lead to job creation, increase in income, traditional cloth, food, customs and handicrafts’ revival, but according to observations contrary results were found.

The Effect of Tourism Revenues on the Absorption of Foreign Direct Investment A case study of 23 countries

Nowadays the development of tourism has been focused in all countries by public and private economic planners. Almost all countries have progressively come to this reality that for improving economic conditions, it is urgent to find new techniques to enhance their revenues. The development of tourism industry, particularly for developing countries which are facing problems like unemployment, limited currency as well as single andndash;product economy, is very important. In countries which are facing domestic resource restrictions for economic development, using foreign resources for investment and increasing tourism revenues are essential. The present study has evaluated the effect of tourism revenues on foreign direct investment of 23 countries. Panel data Eco metrics consisting of 23 countries is used to study tourism revenues along with other influential variables on foreign direct investment during 2012-2014.The results have shown that the impact of tourism revenues on foreign direct investment is positive and also meaningful. The degree of economic openness and domestic gross production per capita on the amount of foreign direct investment are positive and meaningful too, but the rate of inflation on investment is negative and meaningful.

Transfer and sharing of experiences through text ads is a feature of social networking ; So that nowadays tourists behavior in destination selection is largely influenced by the written recommendations . Analysis and interpretation of some partial comments on the Internet and virtual networks are required to use scientific tools to help managers in decision making . Netnography approach combining Rough set theory can extract patterns that govern the behavior of customers . In this study , the tourists of Shiraz, Isfahan and Tehran cities in Iran who commented in TripAdvisor.com , have been studied . Based on ethnographic approach in network and identify important factors based on results from Rosettaa software . Therefore , eight rules governing the behavior of tourists were extracted and analyzed . Finally , as a result , Attractiveness , Culture , Security , Welfare , costs and Acceptance are the most important factors are recognized .

The main approach geo morpho tourism knowledge-oriented approach to development, protection and comprehensive management of human scientific and geomorphic assessment, that today the expansion of several sub-studies such as Geodiversity, Geoconservation, Geointerpertion and so on this branch of geomorphology has emerged. The purpose of this article is to promote science, regional development and protection of human geomorphic in the study area. the criteria and factors affecting (with the score 0-10) Cave Chalnkhjyr behavior, capabilities, this site is based on three major themes 1- knowledge acquisition geomorphology; 2- tourism infrastructure and (3) knowledge of hazards and risks; the has been evaluated. The results demonstrated the talent and knowledge of all aspects of geomorphology, with a total score 5/51 ((the maximum 60) is. In contrast, tourism infrastructure with Points 5/25 (the maximum 70) and the issue of protection with total score 34 scores (the scientific, conscious and construction of infrastructure for the sustainable development of villages and small towns in this area to develop it
