Objective: With the growth of tourism industry, the importance of tourist satisfaction as tool for growth and competitive advantage, have been considered. Tourism is important when considering that based on global statistics, the tourism industry is the second largest source of income in more than 49 developing countries and a strategy for increasing income and reducing poverty among countries
Method: The research target is classifies as applied research and the research method is descriptive and correlation.
In order to analyze data, descriptive statistics was used to analyze demographic characteristics and to analyze inferential statistics Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used for internal consistency, KMO and Bartlett's sphericity test for suitability of sample size and separation of factors and structural equation modeling (SEM) for to determine the causal relationship between variables.
Results: The results of this research can provide a better understanding of the factors influencing satisfaction of tourist who visit a tourist destination and help measure it through the structure. Discussion: Dimensions of tourists satisfaction factor in this study was destination awareness, destination image and brand equity of tourist destination.
